Pooja has been pivotal in scaling Novami into an agile technology powerhouse. She heads the company's sustainability and ESG engineering practice, spearheading the proprietary Novami ESG Platform that helps enterprises track Scope 1, 2, and 15 Scope 3 carbon emission categories with full auditor traceability.

With a deep passion for human-centric product design and operational rigor, Pooja ensures cross-functional alignment between engineering, design tokens, client stakeholders, and quality benchmarks on every deployment.
